1. Who we are
Enori is operated by Alpine Apps GmbH ("Enori", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Enori app or this website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — adults only
The Service is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence. By using Enori you confirm that you meet this requirement. Enori is not directed to, and must not be used by, minors.
3. What Enori does
Enori helps you choose food-and-drink pairings by reading a menu and wine list and returning suggestions with a short reason. Enori's recommendations are guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for your own choices, including how much you drink and whether to drink at all. Please enjoy responsibly.
4. Your account
- You sign in using a third-party identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may delete your history or your entire account at any time from within the app. See Delete your data.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Enori offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, Enori Plus.
- Enori Plus is offered at €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by region and may change over time.
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your app store (for example, Google Play). Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to that store's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
- upload unlawful content or use the Service to harm others;
- use the Service in any way that promotes excessive or unsafe consumption of alcohol.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Enori name, brand, design, and software, is owned by Alpine Apps GmbH and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Beta disclaimer
Enori is provided during the beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. Recommendations may be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Apps GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where Alpine Apps GmbH is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
