You are always in control of your data in Enori. You can delete your saved history or your entire account at any time — directly in the app, or by sending us a request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Enori on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. To remove individual items, choose Delete history.
  4. To remove everything, choose Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account signs you out and schedules the permanent removal of your data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@enori.wine from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Enori account and data". We will verify your request and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in association (email and user ID).
  • Your profile and taste preferences.
  • Your scans, extracted menu text, and saved recommendations (history).
  • Any menu photos still in storage (photos are auto-deleted after 30 days regardless).
  • Your free-text reviews and feedback are deleted or pseudonymised.

What we keep, and for how long

After you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. We retain only:

  • a pseudonymised record that an account once existed, for accounting and abuse prevention;
  • aggregated, non-identifying statistics that cannot be linked back to you;
  • limited records we are required to keep by law.

Technical and security logs never contain your message content or personal data and follow their own retention windows (90 and 365 days). Payment records are held by the app store and our payments provider under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed by the app store. To stop billing, also cancel Enori Plus in your app-store account settings (for example, Google Play → Subscriptions).
